Session packs

Session packs: sell the programme, then draw every visit from it.

Rehab, therapy and wellness happen over a course of visits, not one appointment. MedOS treats the programme as the unit.

Most clinic software bills each visit as if it were the only one. That is wrong for physiotherapy, psychology, rehabilitation and nutrition, where the clinical unit is a course of eight, ten or fifteen sessions and the commercial unit is a package paid up front. MedOS sells the pack in the same booking flow the patient already uses, with its price, validity and number of consultations shown before they commit.

From then on every visit is drawn from the pack. The board card says “Session Pack · Revisit”, no separate invoice is raised, and both the practice and the patient see what is left. A pack visit that passes its time with nothing booked lands in the overdue column, which is how the desk spots patients drifting off their programme.
