Homeopathy

Clinic software for homeopathy practices that live on follow-ups.

Long-term follow-ups, months apart, where the history is the treatment. MedOS keeps every patient’s history and repeat visits in one place.

A homeopathy practice runs on long-term follow-ups. What the practitioner needs at the start of a consultation is everything that happened before: the case, the remedies, the response, the last prescription. Registers and files make that a search through paper. Gupta Computerised Homeopathy Clinic in New Delhi moved to MedOS so that records they used to dig through registers for are a search away.

Each visit carries its notes and its prescription. The follow-up is booked from the same record, the patient gets a WhatsApp reminder, and returning patients book their own follow-up online. Payment is taken on the clinic’s own UPI QR with staff verification, or online, and the outstanding balance is on the record for the desk to see.

How it differs

Long-term follow-ups, months apart, where the history is the treatment.

What MedOS adapts

One patient record with every visit, note and prescription, searchable in seconds.

A day on MedOS

How a homeopathy clinic runs on MedOS.

Notes and the prescription against today’s visit, previous ones one click away.

  3. 03
    Book the follow-up

From the record, weeks or months ahead. The reminder goes out on WhatsApp.

One record

Every surface reads and writes the same patient record.

Patient record

From first booking to follow-up

Visits, last seen, next appointment, outstanding balance, prescriptions and activity, on one record. Nothing is re-entered at the desk.

Consultation

Notes written against the visit

Subjective, objective, assessment, plan and prescription, autosaved as the practitioner writes, with previous notes one click away.

MedOS patient portal: your appointments, with a visit that is live now

Patient portal

Patients see the same record

Their appointments, live status, reschedule and cancel, on their own phone, OTP-verified and branded to your clinic.

Front desk

The board knows who is in the room

Overdue, upcoming, ongoing and completed, per practitioner, with payment state on every card.

Recurring care

Session packs, sold in the same flow

Prepaid packs with validity and remaining sessions, chosen by the patient at booking and drawn down visit by visit.

Payments

Collect payment the way your clinic already does.

Online through Razorpay, or with the payment QR your clinic already has at reception. Both are part of the same patient payment step, and both settle in the clinic’s own account.

Razorpay · online

Card, UPI or netbanking, at booking.

The patient chooses to pay online and completes checkout with Razorpay. The visit is marked paid the moment Razorpay confirms it. MedOS stores your gateway credentials, not your money.

MedOS patient portal, review and confirm: patient, doctor, date, time, mode, location, plan and amount
Payment · online via Razorpay
Payment options on the review screen: pay at clinic, or pay online with secure checkout via Razorpay, then confirm booking
Clinic’s own QR · staff-verified

Upload once. Patient pays. Staff verify.

MedOS patient portal payment step: pay via UPI selected, the clinic’s own QR code, the amount of ₹1,200, and the notice that the appointment stays unpaid until the clinic verifies the payment
Record · until staff mark it paid
Patient record stat: outstanding ₹2,000, one unpaid visit to collect
Settings · QR payments
QR payments settings, connected: MedOS displays the QR during booking and does not verify the payment, so bookings stay pending until you mark them paid. UPI method enabled with the clinic’s QR.

MedOS displays the QR. It does not verify the scan. The visit stays pending until staff mark it paid.

  1. 01
    Upload

Add your clinic’s payment QR or UPI ID once, in settings.

  2. 02
    Patient pays

Patients scan it at the payment step with any UPI app and confirm.

  3. 03
    Staff verify

The front desk marks the visit paid once the money has arrived.

No migration

Your website stays. Your operations get better.

You do not rebuild your digital presence to run on MedOS. Patients keep arriving through the site, the link or the QR you already share. Every route lands in the same patient experience, and every booking lands in the same operations.

  1. 01

    Embed the booking widget

One script tag adds booking to the site you already have, themed to match it. This is the only part that lives on your website.

    Widget documentation
  2. 02

    Share a booking link

No site changes at all. Put the link in your Google Business Profile, on WhatsApp, or in an Instagram bio.

  3. 03

    Print the QR

At the door, on the desk, on a flyer. It opens the same booking and check-in flow.
